Vehicle Vision Online Ltd warrants to the original purchaser for the following period from your purchasing date against deficiencies in material and workmanship under normal use. Should this unit fail to operate in a satisfactory manner within the warranty period, Vehicle Vision Online Ltd will, at its discretion, replace or repair the product. We may use a functionally equivalent, similar (if the model is discontinued or out of stock), reconditioned, refurbished, remanufactured, pre-owned or new products or parts.

A unit’s warranty is tracked via its serial number. The warranty is only available for purchases through us or us and our official re-sellers when related to Track Me Now products only.

If service is required or if your unit fails to operate correctly, first check with the store that it was originally purchased from to see if any assistance can be offered. If your device continues to fail and you believe your unit meets the criteria for warranty replacement or repair, please contact us.

What this warranty does not cover

If the device was not purchased from us or a Track Me Now Authorised retailer when relating to Track Me Now products only.

Device malfunction due to the normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, accidents, modification, alteration or repairs by an unauthorized person or entity.
Products that are operated in combination with ancillary and/or peripheral equipment not furnished or otherwise certified by Vehicle Vision Online Ltd for use with the product or any damage to the products or ancillary and/or peripheral equipment as a result of such uses.

Vehicle Vision Online Ltd is not liable for any damages (properties, business, and/or indirect damages), loss or corruption of data for any reason, product damage or personal injuries that occur due to accidents or natural disasters.
Vehicle Vision Online Ltd Supplies Dash Cams that record and save video of vehicle accidents. It does not, however, guarantee to record all accidents. Accidents with a light impact that is not enough to activate the impact detection sensor may not be recorded.

Vehicle Vision Online Ltd Supplies third party Memory Cards that have been tested in some of our devices. It does not, however, guarantee to record all accidents if malfunctioned in the host device and it is up to the purchaser to monitor the device the third party Memory Cards are in to ensure the host device is recording to it’s potential.

The warranty on all our products on our website is 12 Months unless stated otherwise.

The warranty offered does not affect your statutory rights.
